Laurie and I first met on the first day of school, first grade, in 1933. Before 
we finished grade 12, we knew  that this relationship would last.
It was about 1990 that I ran across a paper in our attic that had Laurie's 
grandfather's tree back to a Henry Rhoads, described as an "Early Settlor of 
Lynn", that got me into genealogy. Since that time, I've made connections with 
John Hastings-Garrett of England and David Woodhams of New Zealand, and others, 
who have added much to the family tree that you see here on TribalPages. To 
all, I am so very thankful.
